Hi, Glenn - I think you're right, on both counts. Interesting & a good sign that the police in WI have refused to clear the protesters out. It increasingly seems that the gov. is being tagged with the term "overreach" -- there are indeed limits. Were I of that persuasion I would be very chary of anything that would lose me Wisconsin or especially Ohio, which has a potentially similar situation, in 2012. The Republicans need Wisconsin, and cannot win at all without carrying Ohio in a presidential election.
